Pace Invaders X PLNGE - 29 November 2025

We partnered up with Men Who Plunge and Women Who Plunge for a crossover event that brought both communities together. We led the run first thing in the morning, with everyone moving as one group and setting the tone for the day.

After the run, they took the lead with a sea dip. It was absolutely freezing, but everyone got in and embraced it together. The event was held to raise awareness for men’s mental health, and thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we raised over £400.

A cold start, a strong community, and a reminder of how powerful these shared experiences can be.
